As long as there are eggs in the fridge…

…there’s a meal to be had. Frittatas are great any time of day and with any kind of ingredients. Cauliflower abound in the markets these days, quickly boiled then sautéed with a bit of garlic brings out their sweetness and with some leftover bits of cheese and a salad on the side, dinner’s served!
